Help regarding fbcon hangs the kernel, hard lockup

I'm building a linux kernel 3.4 for embedded device (Sunxi platform) , why 3.4? because it's the version came with the SDK and it has all the drivers of the manufacturer, there exist a mainline kernel with decent support but lacks drivers like hardware GPU video decoding and other system specific drivers. so the problem is the following : fbcon is compiled as built in module , whenever the framebuffer registers the fb device the system hangs (with fbcon loaded) without fbcon the system boots ok, so I changed the module loading order and made video drivers load before fbcon , now the fb device registers successfully but when the fbcon loads the system hangs. after intensive debugging with printk's it seems the fbcon hangs when it calls fbcon_takeover which calls take_over_console and the system freezes. if I compile fbcon as external module and put it in /etc/modules the system hangs when loading it, however if loaded using /etc/rc.local or manually after system boot it loads ok , but when I try to switch to virtual terminal alt+F1 it stays on the GUI and the system hangs!! I'm really scratching my head and can't figure it out , any help is really appreciated.n+%w{.n{nr&zޗzfh~_+v)ߣ
