[PATCH v1] video : fbdev : stifb :- Handle return NULL error from ioremap_nocache.

Here, If ioremap_nocache will fail. It will return NULL.
Kernel can run into a NULL-pointer dereference.
This error check will avoid NULL pointer dereference.
