[PATCH] video: lcd: Remove useless BACKLIGHT_LCD_SUPPORT kernel symbol

Symbol BACKLIGHT_LCD_SUPPORT affecting anything, except enabling
the backlight & LCD Kconfig menu. Patch removes this symbol as useless.
