[PATCH/RFC 2.6.33-rc5 1/1] broadsheetfb: add MMIO hooks

This patch updates broadsheetfb to add support for MMIO based access. Please
let me know your feedback.

This patch allows boards with GP-MMIO controllers to provide hooks to
broadsheetfb in order to offload cmd/data writes and data reads instead
of relying only on host based GPIO wiggling.
