This commit adds new tests that checks the behaviour of xfs/ext4 filesystems when extsize hint is set on file with inode size as 0, non-empty files with allocated and delalloc extents and so on. Although currently this test is placed under tests/generic, it only runs on xfs and there is an ongoing patch series[1] to enable extsize hints for ext4 as well.
