From: Harshad Shirwadkar <harshadshirwadkar@xxxxxxxxx> This patch drops ext4_fc_start_ineligible() and ext4_fc_stop_ineligible() APIs. Fast commit ineligible transactions should simply call ext4_fc_mark_ineligible() after starting the trasaction.
