[PATCH] ext4: remove unnecessary test_opt for DIOREAD_NOLOCK

The DIOREAD_NOLOCK flag has been cleared when doing the test_opt
that is meaningless, so remove the unnecessary test_opt for DIOREAD_NOLOCK.
