[PATCH] warning fixups for e2fsprogs-1.41.10

Attached is a patch that fixes a number of compile warnings hit during  
building e2fsprogs-1.41.10.  A few unused variable removals, and  
signed/unsigned pointers.  The only possibly controversial fixup is  
the initialization of rec_len = 0 in copy_dir_entries().  It wasn't  
totally obvious to me what to initialize it to (or if it even  
matters), but 0 seems reasonable, and is better than random garbage.
