Add a generic mechnism to notify the userspace about possible filesystem corruption through sysfs entry (/sys/block/<bdev>/<part>/fs_unclean) and uevent (KOBJ_CHANGE, uevent's environment variable FS_UNCLEAN=[0:1]).
