  For port based VLAN, I think it should rather simply be :

+---------------------------+-----------------+
|          br0              |      br1        |
+------------------+--------+--------+--------+
| bond0            | eth2   | eth3   | eth4   |
+---------+--------+        |        |        |
| eth0    | eth1   |        |        |        |
+---------+--------+--------+--------+--------+

  without the VLAN layer, otherwise packets will be tagged.
