Or to put it another way, if you enable any of CONFIG_PM_SUSPEND, 
CONFIG_PM_HIBERNATION, or CONFIG_PM_RUNTIME, then CONFIG_PM will 
automatically be turned on.  Otherwise it will automatically be turned 
off.
