[PATCH 11/12] fbdev/core: Protect edid_info with CONFIG_ARCH_HAS_EDID_INFO

Guard usage of edid_info with CONFIG_ARCH_HAS_EDID_INFO instead
of CONFIG_X86. No functional changes.
