It is possible to watch (tested on RTL Klub). I'm afraid it is a problem with stb0899 linux driver. I've also this card, tried to find the bug (I've found one in stb6100.c tuning procedure) but it was not sufficient. Also under Windows it was without problem. After many hours spent with this card I've bougth HVR-4000, put TT S2-3200 into my table and don't have problem anymore. If you want to do some more test you could contact me off-list.
