First question: Which Pinnacle HDTV Pro stick are you referring to? There are actually two: http://www.linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/Pinnacle_PCTV_HD_Pro_Stick_(800e) http://www.linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/Pinnacle_PCTV_HD_Pro_Stick_(801e) Only the 800e is an em28xx based device. The 801e is a dibcom 0700 based device. The 800e is fully supported in the v4l-dvb codebase. Support went in for the 801e on Sunday, but due to an unrelated bug the kernel will panic if you tune to a channel (a patch has already been submitted). Second question: are you doing analog or digital? Once we know the answers to those two questions, we can take it from there. -- Devin J.
