Really ? Kernel headers (in my case : linux-headers-2.6.26-1-686) arenot sufficient ? When I've installed em28xx (with v4l-dvb-experimental)a few months ago, it was ok only with the headers...
OK. I'll try with the complete source (even if I don't understandwhy ;-)))
