[PATCH] Support for Magic-Pro DMB-TH usb stick

Dear all,

Attached is a patch against v4l-dvb repository to add support for Magic-Pro DMB-TH usb stick. DMB-TH is the HDTV broadcast standard used in Hong Kong and China.
