Well, still no luck. I'm unable to discover any channel from Astra 19.2 neither from dvbscan nor Kaffeine. For the sake of any possible diagnostics, here you have the dmesg output for the "modprobe saa7134 i2c_scan=1" command:

This reject is caused by the massive movement of the hybrid tuner drivers to
another directory.
I solved the reject, and re-uploaded the patch.
Here it does still work.
