They certainly come with HD-capable software.
But do they really support DVB-T2 modulation ?

Since most current tuners for PC are simple tuners, there is no hardware
difference for SD vs. HD. It is only a matter of software codec.

DVB-T2, on the other hand, is a different *modulation* technique which
must be implemented in hardware.
