New / Corrected Initial scan file se-Karlstad_Sormon

Hi,

After some investigations a new corrected scan file is attached for
Karlstad, Sweden DVB-T transmitter. The FEC values were incorrect thanks
to incorrect NIT (PID 0x0010) data.
