the card is identify by the kernel as:
Bus 005 Device 004: ID 2040:9301 Hauppauge Hauppauge WinTV NOVA-T USB2 (warm)
sometimes after and for no appearent reasons i have the syslog filled by this message :

i have something about 10 messages repeated / secondes in syslog for ever
i can not remove the kernel modules attached to the card
the card is unusable and the red led on the front is switched off
the remote stop working too
unplugging the card does not help and the messages still fill the syslog
any idea of the causes and how could i fix this please ?
