Hello! I have browsed a half year back in archives but didn't find any solution to this. I have setup a Hauppauge Nova-T 500 PCI under Kubunt 7.10 using v4l-dvb from svn 2007-12-07. Every day I get I2C read/write failed errors and need to reload the module (dvb-usb-dib0700). In worst case the module won't reload because they are in use (but no program is running, mythbackend stopped, etc). Last time this (as in "in use") happened was when I seeked (right arrow) when playing /dev/dvb/adapter0/dvr0 in mplayer after tzap -r. Some info:
