I have a Hauppauge Nova-S-Plus DVB-S I am having an issue where by when I attempt to do an initial scan a transponder I am unable to tune to this transponder. I am reasonably sure that the transponder is accurate and my dish is aimed "I can get this tp on my fta receiver" When I use kaffeine it tells me my snr is at 16% and my signal is at 3-4%.
