89 successful locks out of 100

99 successful locks out of 100, but then run another 100 and got only
82 successful locks out of 100, so it is unpredictable

there are two ProSieben on Astra 19.2E: one on Astra 1H (12051 V) and
one on Astra 1L (12545 H), my satellite dish is too small and i can't
receive 12051V (verified that with set-top-box), so i run the tests on
12545H

again the size of my satellite dish is too small to receive Das Erste
and RTL (verified that with set-top-box)

according to http://www.flysat.com/astra19.php the frequency is 12188,
all other values are correct, but 1MHz is so small, that shouldn't
make any difference, although i don't know how big for STB0899+STB6100
is 1MHz difference.
