DViCO FusionHDTV DVB-T Dual Digital only gets partial lock on PCI side

Hi All,
anyone got both sides of a DViCO FusionHDTV DVB-T Dual Digital working under
ubuntu 7.04 in Australia?
The usb tuner works flawlessly, but the cx88 side often has channel lock
problems. I have tried the latest mercurial tree with no success.
This board worked for some time in Edgy, before an update apparently "fixed"
that. I have trawled the archives without finding anything, but if this has
been resolved, could someone point me to the relevant post/search string?
Thanks,
Garth

Using the latest mercurial:
