DVB-S PCI Card: Driver problem

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to set up my DVB-S Pci card for more than one day now.

Neither does it work in VDR, nor in kaffeine (when I try to scan for
channels, it tells me that it can't lock the signal...).

Well, dmesg says the following:

[ 3076.421940] cx8802_start_dma() Failed. Unsupported value in .mpeg
(0x00000001)
[ 3076.921128] cx8802_start_dma() Failed. Unsupported value in .mpeg
(0x00000001)
[ 3077.420317] cx8802_start_dma() Failed. Unsupported value in .mpeg
(0x00000001)

(and so on).

I have installed the v4l driver via mercurial.

Does anyone know how to solve the problem?

Thank you,

Daniel "Dr-Saar" Mueller
