FYI, I'm talking about a different device now... this is the ATSC card. 
I have the datasheet, but it's not publicly available.

LGH06xF NIM family has the LG DT3303 bundled inside, with a TUA6034 pll
and TDA9887 IF demod.  This is already fully supported by linux-dvb AND
video4linux, found in such devices as:

FusionHDTV 5 Gold  (also RT Gold)
FusionHDTV 5 Lite
FusionHDTV 5 USB Gold
AirStar HD5000
pcHDTV HD5500

...among some other, out of tree devices, such as the Autumnwave / OnAir
Creator, and the OnAir GT.
