yes they're significantly out of date, I'm not sure what the status of your device is better try to upgrade to the latest available sourcecode.
I've heard of general problems with smp and usb2 -- could my problem just be a case of that? I didn't manage to find out whether that problem has been fully resolved or not.
it might be smp related, I'm not sure what the disconnection of your device caused, first try to upgrade your drivers afterwards let's see. Markus
