Ok, I have found the filter. I must call szap2 with -p and the videopid :
SAT1.HD:    szap2 -t2 -p511 Sat1HD
Pro7HD:       szap2 -t2 -p255 Pro7HD
...

Now I can create H264-files with my KNC1-DVBS2- and (sometimes) my 
TT3200-board.
