Just an update for the list. It appears a simple firmware fix isn't quite enough to resolve the tuning problems in Australia. I'm working with a couple of people to firstly confirm my working copy of the tree works elsewhere in Australia and, if so, secondly to try and nail down which modification(s) done to the zl10353 or cxusb code made it work.
