This IO bit has something to do with QT1010 tuner AGC (QT1010 has AGC
support "Both wide-band and in-band automatic gain control inputs that
are controlled by demodulators"). I will examine this bit effect to
signal strength and quality later when I have enough time.
I live in Linnanmaa campus area and here GL861 locks all fi-Oulu freqs
using small bundled antenna.
