Just to add some more. The change happened on a user request I was not happy with to make it more m$ like. To put this into an either/or condition is of course not the best solution ... On hybrid cards there are various usage conditions I always tried to point to, which miss the best way out with all such. The correct solution would be to provide an interface to the user which can feed his specific needs. Means selectable as far as the hardware allows.
