Hello, I have a dvb-t card Activy DVB-T Budget (based on SAA7146 and lsi l64781). There's driver for all these chips I think but I have some problems with this card I explain: first it wasn't detected by the driver so Christophe (on linuxtv irc channel) writes me a patch wich makes the card detect (see dmesg below). If I do a dvbscan it says: scanning be-Charleroi using '/dev/dvb/adapter0/frontend0' and '/dev/dvb/adapter0/demux0' initial transponder 754000000 0 2 9 1 1 2 0
tune to: 754000000:INVERSION_AUTO:BANDWIDTH_8_MHZ:FEC_2_3:FEC_AUTO:QAM_16:TRANSMISSION_MODE_8K:GUARD_INTERVAL_1_8:HIERARCHY_NONE
WARNING: >>> tuning failed!!!

(tuning failed) WARNING: >>> tuning failed!!! ERROR: initial tuning failed dumping lists (0 services) Done. Params are OK because a friend has the same and it works ;-) One output of tzap: status 01 | signal 3535 | snr 0000 | ber 0000ffff | unc 00000000 | (status is sometimes 03) Christophe says that bit error rate: 0000ffff should be 0 So my question: all chips should be recognized and detected so why this doesn't work at all ? If you want to see the card and chips: http://ato.linux-charleroi.be/dvbt/ see the patch in attach (the loop was to be sur about the adress I think) dmesg: saa7146: register extension 'budget dvb'.
