The parameters are correct as far as I know, I did check them. I also noted that the default dvbtune params are correct for other transponders here in the UK, so just specifying the frequency should be enough. I know the Nova-T (Conexant) chipset tunes fine with those params. I may try a different firmware, although I'd expect errors if it were wrong. Thanks for the pointer tho.

Perhaps you got the fec or modulation wrong. For me these cards allways
managed to autodetect them. The bandwidth parameter on the other hand is
not autodetected. Make sure you get that one correct.
