Stick not recognized at boot (or reboot) time: Hauppauge Nova-T Stick

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

      hi,

My system is not able to recognized the stick if it's plugged
at boot (cold boot or reboot) time, I have to manually unplug/plug it
back in order to get it listed with "lsusb" (and, thus, working).

Has anybody experienced this situation? any other source to
look for information? (hotplug bug maybe?) I have googled the list and
the web in general, but found no clue except this:

      https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=204396

that seems to talk only about usb storage...

The system is a Fedora Core 6 with standard kernel (2.3.18 I think)

      Best,
      Jose
