device 15f4:0024 HanfTek ?

i am not sure, if this questions belong here, so if not sorry @ all,

i have a videa dtv-100 usb 2.0 dvb-t box (www.videa-teach.com),
if used under windows and not discontected before linux boot:
 
lsusb:

if dis- and reconnect , than lsusb:

Bus 005 Device 002: ID 04cc:1122 Philips Semiconductors Hub

i tried to load: 

   mt352.ko
  dvb-usb.ko
  dvb-usb-dibusb-common.ko
  dvb-usb-umt-010.ko

but /dev/dvb blah,, blah was not created (if i load the modules for my dvb-s 
card , twinhan, the dev files appears, and dvb-s works)

any ideas?

p.s.1 i send an email to videa support, but no answer so far :(
