Could you please provide a binary stream (@100 packets),
so I could have a look on this with dvbsnoop? I'm interested
in the dvbsnoop output, if packets are damaged.

Are you sure PUSI is set in those packets? If not,
no pointer field is present.
Otherwise it is a bug in the TS generator,
it must be 0 <= pointer <= 183.
