tt bugdet s1102 & high simbolrate

Hi, my tt budget s1102 can't lock transponders with sr 
44950 Ms/s.
But no this problem on Windows XP, with BDA driver or with 
WDM driver and highsimbolrate=1 in registry options.
I use kernel 2.6.18 & hg/v4l-dvb package.
I testing 80e satellite Express am2.
