Hallo, I've a dvb-t usb stick by Yakumo, Basic Version. I've download latest v4l-dvb sources from mercurial an I've compiled them. The same I've done with v4l-dvb-apps sources. Then, I've download the firmware http://home.arcor.de/efocht/dvb-usb-wt220u-fc03.fw and I've moved it into /lib/firmware. Now, when I connect the stick to the usb port, dmesg tells this: usb 1-7: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 5 usb 1-7: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice dvb-usb: found a 'WideView WT-220U PenType Receiver (Typhoon/Freecom)' in cold state, will try to load a firmware dvb-usb: downloading firmware from file 'dvb-usb-wt220u-fc03.fw' usb 1-7: USB disconnect, address 5 dvb-usb: generic DVB-USB module successfully deinitialized and disconnected. usb 1-7: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 6 usb 1-7: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice dvb-usb: found a 'WideView WT-220U PenType Receiver (Typhoon/Freecom)' in warm state. dvb-usb: will use the device's hardware PID filter (table count: 15). So, I've try to use scan utility: $> ./scan dvb-t/it-Catania scanning dvb-t/it-Catania using '/dev/dvb/adapter0/frontend0' and '/dev/dvb/adapter0/demux0' main:2250: FATAL: failed to open '/dev/dvb/adapter0/frontend0': 2 No such file or directory What I must do now? Thank you. Regards. PS: Some few notes: kernel 2.6.16.20 - excuse me for my terrible english. _______________________________________________ linux-dvb mailing list linux-dvb@xxxxxxxxxxx http://www.linuxtv.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/linux-dvb
