Terratec Cinergy 1200 DVB-C Problems

Hi,

I have the same problem description as in

http://www.spinics.net/lists/linux-dvb/msg11613.html

I've tried the kernel 2.6.17.13 , but don't know if the patch is included.
Attatched is my dmesg and lspci output.

Any suggestions?
