DVico FusionHDTV DVB-T Dual Digital Problem

I've installed knoppmythtv latest version (2.6.15-cw-2), downloaded and recompiled v4l-dvb and added the appropriate firmware updates to / usr/lib/hotplug/firmware.

So now the card is auto detected correctly type 44, most of the time.

Sometimes I get some errors in dmesg about the device being plugged into a 1.1 port (a7n8x has 1.1 and 2.0 controllers).

There are always cx88[0]/2: cx8802_timeout errors, pretty sure that is when I attempt to use tzap on the dodgy device.

lsusb -v reports the device as usb2.0

The end result is that doing a tzap with adapter 0 doesn't work correctly, The first line has a little signal and subsequent lines have 0 signal.

tzap with adapter 1 get's lock.

I have tried moving some things around hardware wise, pulled some stuff out to reduce power consumption etc.

signal was 000f constantly, but on other runs it starts at 128f.

there is a usb error but later on when ehci is init it indicates that a device is found ok.

here is the complete dmesg dump, notice the timeout's at the end, do I need to increase latency on something?
