hey,

thanks for that patch, I'll add it within the next few days to my repository.
Anyway remember my repository only targets em28xx devices, all others
should work with the http://linuxtv.org/hg/v4l-dvb repository.
I'm no friend with what linus and andrew morton does with the current kernel.
The unstable API just sucks and kicks off quite a few developers and
because of bad experiences with >2.6.15/and <2.6.15 kernels (without
mentioned local root exploits) I'm not really interested in keeping
support for everything. If these guys have a few braincells alive
they'd stop that mess...
