remove devfs for 2.6.18-rc1-git4

Here is a patch to fix compilation of 
http://linuxtv.org/hg/~mrechberger/v4l-dvb
for linux-2.6.18-rc1-git4

I hope it is correct, and it works for me, the
resulting module is currently loaded and I can
watch TNT with it...

Is this the right mailing list to post such patches ?
