Hi. I have a HanfTek HanfTek UMT-010 USB2.0 DVB-T. The manufacturer id is 0x15f4 and the product id is 0x0025. This device doesn't seem to be supported so I decided to have a look at the current drivers. I uploaded the firmware via windows and I managed to register an adpater and a frontend by editing the ids on drivers/media/dvb/dvb-usb/umt-010.c of my kernel tree. Here's the output : dvb-usb: found a 'Hanftek UMT-010 DVB-T USB2.0' in warm state. dvb-usb: will pass the complete MPEG2 transport stream to the software demuxer. DVB: registering new adapter (Hanftek UMT-010 DVB-T USB2.0). DVB: registering frontend 0 (Zarlink MT352 DVB-T)... dvb-usb: Hanftek UMT-010 DVB-T USB2.0 successfully initialized and connected. usbcore: registered new driver dvb_usb_cudt The problem is that I'm unable to find any channel (I can on windows) :-( dvbscan /usr/share/dvb/scan/dvb-t/fr-Grenoble scanning /usr/share/dvb/scan/dvb-t/fr-Grenoble using '/dev/dvb/adapter0/frontend0' and '/dev/dvb/adapter0/demux0' initial transponder 602000000 0 9 9 3 1 4 0 initial transponder 474000000 0 9 9 3 1 4 0 initial transponder 498000000 0 9 9 3 1 4 0 initial transponder 554000000 0 9 9 3 1 4 0 initial transponder 522000000 0 9 9 3 1 4 0 initial transponder 578000000 0 9 9 3 1 4 0 >>> tune to: 602000000:INVERSION_AUTO:BANDWIDTH_8_MHZ:FEC_AUTO:FEC_AUTO:QAM_64:TRANSMISSION_MODE_8K:GUARD_INTERVAL_AUTO:HIERARCHY_NONE WARNING: >>> tuning failed!!! ............
