There are probably some bugs left in the patch to convert all drivers to
dvb_attach() - I've not done a final check over on that one yet.
Just pushed an experimental patch removing the frontend selection from
cx88/saa7134 as we can now use dvb_attach(). It will cause the drivers to
grow a bit, but means I could remove all the #ifdefs that were all over the
place. We don't have to do this if there are strong objections not to...
