In addition to the whitespace cleanup, there was some awkwardness in
cx88-dvb that I cleaned as well.

and give it a test before I ask Mauro to merge this into the master
tree. Please note: you will have to do "modprobe cx88-dvb debug=1"
if you want to see the "LNB Voltage OFF" messages in your kernel log.
