I wasn't aware I need a program to control the cam separately. I'm doing
the following:

In a terminal as root :

czap "RTL 4"

This tunes to the RTL 4 channel and gets it's info about this
from /root/.czap/channels.conf. Relevant line for RTL 4 is:

RTL 4:340000000:INVERSION_AUTO:6875000:FEC_NONE:QAM_64:2010:2011:2010

It's then puts out output that is has a lock and keeps repeating this
forever.

In another terminal I do:

dvbstream 2010 2011 -o > RTL4.mpeg

Which starts filling the stream, but aparently it's still encrypted.

Ok, great.
