Dektek (http://www,dektec.com) sells some ASI input/output adapters (PCI or 
USB2.0). They are not very cheap, but i´m using the DTU205 (ASI Out USB) at 
my work, its working fine with linux. 
But there is no connection to our linuxtv api, there are only standalone 
tools.
