Well, i guess it is a new revision of the Cinergy DVB-S 1200. The most visible difference to the pictures of older Cinergy DVB-S 1200 like this one: http://www.vdr-wiki.de/wiki/index.php/Bild:Cinergy1200DVB-s.JPG is that my card has a LNB-Out-Connector and the PCI-connector of my card is set to support both voltages, 3,3V and 5V.
