I've got exactly the same - suse 10.1 with kernel 2.6.16.13. I asked on
here a few weeks ago about installing the modules 1300 but got no reply.
I'm sure I got some extra /dev/video's to appear by using make reload
back then, but even that's not working anymore :o(
