szap patch or version for "uncommited switch"

Hi, is there such szap or patch to use it with LNBs behind an "uncommited 
switch" switch ?
If i check the source i only see "E0 10 38 Fx" but for uncommited switches i 
think it have to be E0 10 39 Fx E0 10 38 Fx ?
